Here at PEACE we have developed a 3-stage approach in our consultancy to aid you in improving Diversity, Equality and Inclusion in your workplace.

 

Stage 1 is our diagnostic assessment. This has been developed with a two-pronged approach; the first being legal compliance and the second being holistic best practice. This assessment is a robust analysis of ‘hard data’ (documentation of policy and procedure) and ‘soft data’ (employee surveys, group and one-to-one conversations and observations).

Our diagnostic report will provide a detailed overview of your companies DE&I culture. It will highlight the areas that work, as well as those that need improvement. It will also provide recommendations to evolve your DE&I agenda. This diagnostic assessment will:

• Determine your current areas of good practise.

• Underline areas for improvement.

• Prioritise work needed for legal compliance

• Identify instant wins that can be fulfilled straight away

• Set goals for continued improvement

 

Step 2 is our action plan development. This is where we will take our learnings from step 1 and develop an action plan to further your DE&I agenda as well as a timeline for development that considers both cultural and process-driven barriers. Our action plan will be unique to your organisation, but you can expect it to include procedure development, training and workshops, and an innovative review and refine process.

 

Step 3 is our continual support provision. This, again will be unique to your organisations needs; whether it be providing independent reviews, delivering ongoing training and workshops, sitting in on board meetings or providing an employee support mechanism. Step 3 is all about collaboration- how we can work with you to provide a first class strategy.
