Our vision is a world where understanding and actioning change is universal, where solidarity and unity are imbedded into our cultures at work and at home. Where atmospheres of oppression are extinct, and everyone has a safe space to express themselves. A world where we no longer have to worry about whether race is playing a part in our negative experiences because we can be confident it is not. True equality, real inclusivity, rather than empty words.
